# Sell My Phone > Sell My Phone (sellmyphone.pt) is a device buyback service in Portugal, > operated by ISELLANDREPAIR, LDA. (NIF 514107243), Lisbon. It BUYS used > consumer electronics from the public. It is not a shop: nothing on this > site is for sale, and no price shown is a price a visitor can pay. ## What the site does A visitor picks their device model, answers a short questionnaire about storage, carrier and condition, and receives an estimated payout. If they accept, Sell My Phone collects the device, inspects it, and pays them. Device categories bought today: iPad, iPhone, MacBook, Samsung, Watch. ## The buyback flow 1. Valuation — choose a model and answer the questionnaire. The figure shown is an estimate, not a binding offer. 2. Collection — the customer creates an account, books a collection date and hands the device to a courier. Collection is free. 3. Verification — technicians confirm the device's real condition. The final offer may be higher or lower than the estimate. 4. Payment — by bank transfer, or as store credit, whichever the customer chose. Typically the whole process takes under a week. If the customer rejects the revised offer, the device is returned and a return fee of EUR 12 + VAT applies (see the terms and conditions). ## What an agent should know - Service area is Portugal; postcodes outside the collection area are rejected at order time. - Devices must have the screen lock removed and the iCloud / Google account signed out, otherwise they cannot be assessed. - Damaged and faulty devices are accepted, graded lower. - Counterfeit devices are not accepted. IMEI history is checked and devices reported lost or stolen are refused and reported. - Payouts are per-device and depend on the questionnaire answers. There is no public price list to scrape; the estimate endpoint is part of the sell flow, not an API. ## Languages and URLs Portuguese is at the root. English and Spanish are the same pages under /en and /es. Every indexable page carries a canonical plus a pt-PT / en / es / x-default hreflang cluster; treat the three as one page, not three. ## Key URLs Markdown link syntax, not bare URLs: llms.txt is a Markdown document and a reader that only follows real links sees nothing in a plain-text list. - [Home](https://sellmyphone.pt/): pick a device and start a valuation - [FAQ](https://sellmyphone.pt/questions): how collection, inspection and payment work - [Blog](https://sellmyphone.pt/blog): guides on preparing and selling a device - [For businesses](https://sellmyphone.pt/empresas): bulk and company buyback - [Reviews](https://sellmyphone.pt/reviews): Trustpilot reviews of the service - [Contact](https://sellmyphone.pt/#footer-contact): contact form in the site footer, on every page - [Terms and conditions](https://sellmyphone.pt/termos-e-condicoes): the binding terms, including the return fee - [Privacy policy](https://sellmyphone.pt/politica-de-privacidade): how customer data is handled - [Sitemap](https://sellmyphone.pt/sitemap.xml): every indexable URL - [Blog RSS](https://sellmyphone.pt/blog/feed): blog feed - [Crawl rules](https://sellmyphone.pt/robots.txt): robots.txt Device valuation pages are `/vender/{id}`, linked from the home page and listed in the sitemap.
