The values we show are an estimate, which can vary depending on the actual condition of your iPhone once our specialists have inspected it. In some cases, the final offer can be higher or lower.
No! You can send us as many iPhones as you like. Better for the planet! Just create a separate request for each device.
Yes, we recommend you erase the iPhone and, even more importantly, remove the passcode and the iCloud or Google account. Without that, we can't evaluate your device.
Of course! Even with faults, your iPhone can still be worth something. We'll classify it as “Faulty” and adjust the price according to its condition.
Between shipping, evaluation and payment, everything is done as quickly as possible. Under normal conditions, on average, the whole process takes less than a week.
No, we don't. Counterfeit devices have no value in the refurbished market and we're completely against the production and sale of imitations.
No, absolutely not. We're completely against any kind of theft or robbery. We check the history of every device via its IMEI and, if there's any suspicion of illegality, it will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
It's super simple! On iPhones, go to Settings -> General -> About and you'll find the IMEI and the serial number. On Android, go to Settings -> About Phone -> Status. An even quicker way is to dial *#06# on the call keypad and the IMEI will appear automatically on screen. If you can't access the device, you can also check its original box.
Once you accept our offer, payment takes, on average, between 3 and 5 business days. During busier periods this can stretch to a maximum of 10 days, but we'll always do our best to be quick!
We usually finish the valuation within a few hours, but in some cases it can take up to 48h for us to send you an offer.
Don't worry, shipping is on us! On top of that, we send you a well-padded box so you can pack the device safely and a prepaid label to make the whole thing easier. It's simple and free for you!
We receive your device and assess the model, age, functionality and overall condition. Then we send you an offer based on that analysis. All simple and no surprises!
No stress! If you're not happy with our offer, you can decline it. We'll return the device and you'll only have to cover the return shipping cost, which is 12.00€ + VAT.
